1. Free Signature Analysis
The initial signature analysis is completely free. No payment is collected for this service, therefore no refund is applicable.
2. Paid Consultation — Cancellation Before Scheduling
If you have made a payment for a signature correction consultation but have not yet booked a consultation slot, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment.
To request a cancellation, contact us on WhatsApp with your payment reference number. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Paid Consultation — After Slot is Booked
Once a consultation slot has been booked:
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled slot: eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled slot: no refund, but the slot may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
• No-show (customer does not attend the consultation): no refund.
4. Paid Consultation — After Consultation is Conducted
Once the video consultation has been conducted and the correction video has been delivered via WhatsApp, the service is considered fully delivered. No refunds are applicable after this point.
If you have not received your correction video within 3 business days of the consultation, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
5. Hand-holding Plan
The 30-day hand-holding plan fee is non-refundable once the plan has been activated and the first upload review has been completed.
If you wish to cancel before your first upload is reviewed, a full refund may be issued within 48 hours of purchase. Contact us on WhatsApp to request this.
6. Technical Issues / Payment Failures
If your payment was deducted but you did not receive a confirmation or your order was not created, please contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp with:
• Your phone number used during payment
• The approximate transaction amount and date
• A screenshot of the payment if available
We will investigate and issue a refund or activate your service within 3 business days.
7. Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed through Cashfree Payments to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking). Processing time is 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
M/s Shiv Shakti Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the customer's bank or payment provider.
8. How to Request a Refund
Contact us on WhatsApp with the subject "Refund Request" and include:
• Your full name
• Payment reference / order ID
• Reason for refund request
• Date of payment
We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day during consultation hours.
